9:30am - 11:30am - Setter Training

11:30am - 12:30pm - Lunch Break (players must bring their own lunch)

12:30pm - 3:00pm - Setter Training

Setter Training to include:

• A breakdown of setting body positioning, hand-location, and finish

• Learn footwork to arrive efficiently to get the ball

• What you do when you arrive at the ball

• Back-set techniques on a good pass, average pass, and bad pass

• Learn how to set middle blockers

• Tip work

• Back row setting
