For the first time ever in Southern California, Smashball is changing the way young athletes experience volleyball!  Specifically designed for kids ages 6–12, Smashball combines nonstop action, skill-building, and teamwork to create an exciting and confidence-boosting introduction to the game. Unlike traditional volleyball, Smashball is a progressive training method that helps kids master the fundamentals while having fun from day one.

 

 

What Makes Smashball Different?

Smashball is played on a smaller court with lower nets, lighter volleyballs, and fewer players (3v3). The format allows for constant movement, frequent touches, and more meaningful learning opportunities—without the downtime typical of standard volleyball.

And here’s the best part: one bounce is allowed between contacts, keeping rallies alive and the action flowing!
