Dodi Drozd

Dodi Drozd was born and raised in Bulgaria. She has earned two master’s degrees – one in Organizational Leadership and the other in Economics and Tourism. She is a mom of two boys.

Her love for volleyball started very early in life. She grew up on the volleyball court around her mom who played on the Bulgarian National Team at the time.

​

Dodi moved to the USA in her 20’s and played for Orange Coast College where she also assisted coaching the women’s volleyball team for the next 5 years, supporting the team to 2 state titles.

​

Later she developed a career as a counselor, consultant in leadership development and a wellness coach.

​

Dodi loves working with young people, supporting, and empowering them to build confidence, create meaningful connections, have fun, and tap into the wisdom of teams through volleyball. Warm, intuitive, and enthusiastic, her goal is to create a positive environment for youth athletes.
