Rich, in his own words: “Over the course of my playing career, I have been able to learn from some great coaches and players. I memorized all of the drills and training that made such a big improvement in my game because I always knew I wanted to coach once my playing career was done. As a coach, it is my goal to create a fun and nurturing environment where the athletes can grow and want to come to practice.”
