Caila began playing volleyball at the age of 15. She quickly fell in love with the sport, and went on to play at Liberty University. She transferred programs to play at the University of San Diego, and continued on to play professionally. She spent three seasons playing in Switzerland, Finland, and France. Recently retired from playing, she is excited to begin her time on the other end of things as a coach and give back to the sport.
